“I cannot stress enough what a God-send it was to have Andy pick up the phone when I called Pure Environmental, in an anxious state, believing I brought bed bugs back from a trip to Ashland. He was thoughtful, rational, human, kind, and very, very expert.  We talked for a long while about my particular scenario, and in the end, after a careful analysis, and many questions, he told me he didn’t think I had BB’s, and gave me invaluable advice on how to handle what he suspected I had. I followed his advice and so far I seem to be in the clear. With so much drama and catastrophizing around this sort of thing, Andy should be on a world panel or some kind of national BB circuit. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and decent. The world could use a good dose of his rational counsel around these concerns.
